Laura's Story

I didn't start in design.

I started in sales, spending 25 years learning how to listen, solve problems, and deliver results under pressure.

Over time, I realized that great design is not just about how a space looks. It is about how it works, how it supports your life, and how individual design choices combine to shape a distinct mood . That realization led me to create Room Service.

Room Service is an interior design and project management studio built on the belief that your home should reflect your life, not complicate it. I manage the moving parts: contractors, sourcing, timelines, and budgets, so you can stay focused on the vision. The goal is simple: thoughtful, well-executed spaces that feel like you, without the chaos it usually takes to get there.

My approach blends intuition with structure. I care as much about how a room feels as I do about how it functions. I am known for pushing clients just enough to find something unexpected, while keeping everything grounded in reality, budget, and execution.

At the end of the day, this is not about perfect design. It is about creating a home that supports your life, reflects your priorities, and actually gets finished.
